More than 14,000 organically raised plants available including culinary and medicinal herbs for kitchen windowsill gardens; vegetables for backyard and container gardens; flowering annuals; assortment of perennials for window boxes, flowerbeds and rooftop gardens. Rare and unusual plants available in limited quantities and are available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
SCLT's Youth Garden Clubs will be selling vegetable and herb seeds. Organic compost and fertilizer will also be for sale. Plant experts will be available to answer questions. Last year over 1,400 people came to support SCLT's mission and work in the community through their plant sale purchases. Proceeds benefit SCLT's innovative urban agriculture and education programs.

Local 121 Celebrates One-Year Anniversary
Over the past year, Local 121 has introduced many new concepts and hosted a variety of events such as the popular “Wednesday Night Film Series,” which showcase both local short and independent films, as well as documentaries and feature films. In keeping with the tradition of “All Things Local,” every Sunday the restaurant offers a 50 Mile Meal dinner featuring a special prefixe menu that changes weekly. This spring, the restaurant introduced their “Field to Table Series,” a variety of locally-centered events focused on connecting farmers with the community. The restaurant regularly features local resident DJs that entertain and attracts Providence's young, trendy crowd.
In addition, Local 121 recently debuted their spring seasonal food and beverage menu featuring the creations of their new Executive Chef, Dave Johnson. Known for seasonal, locally grown food, Local 121 has added more dishes to their menu such as the Stuffed Butter-Braised Cavendish Quail, a Spring Arborio Risotto, Grilled Marinated Wolfe’s Neck Farm Bavette Steak Salad, and a Croque Monsieur with Northeast Family Farms Maple Smoked Ham.

Matt Schuler, a spokesman for DDR, confirmed that T.J. Maxx signed a lease but had no details on when the new store would be opening.
TJX Cos., which owns T.J. Maxx, also operates a HomeGoods store at Brookside Marketplace.

A Ross Dress for Less discount store is under construction between the T.J. Maxx building and the Best Buy appliance and electronics store.
Schuler said he had no timetable for when that store would be opening.
The new T.J. Maxx store will be its second location in Tinley Park, at least temporarily.
The discount retailer already operates a 32,000-square-foot T.J. Maxx in Tinley Park Plaza at 159th Street and Harlem Avenue.
T.J. Maxx employees said the store would be moving out of Tinley Park Plaza into a new location within the village and the mall's site plan indicated that location would be available in February 2015.

Ale House Grill now open in Orland Park
Remodeling has been completed at the Ale House Grill in the former Jordan's Pub at 13500 S. Harlem Ave. in Orland Park.
The establishment, which is surrounded by Cook County Forest Preserves, now has a main dining area on the first floor, an outdoor patio and an upstairs sports bar.
The business closed for renovations right after the Super Bowl in February and reopened earlier this month.
The new menu features American cuisine, including Angus beef fillets, burgers, pizza and seafood. There are daily specials and late-night and gluten-free menus.
Ale House offers dozens of televisions throughout the building so fans can follow their favorite team.
The main dining room is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday. The sports bar is open from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. Monday through Saturday.
